With every new year comes new resolutions. For most of us resolutions tend to have a similar theme and we would like to showcase a few of the more common ones and recommend an app to help manage the changes you are making in your life.
1) Weight Loss – Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker by MyFitnessPal
This app is an easy way to track the types of food you are eating as well as the calories you are consuming. 2) Fitness – Map My Fitness
The great thing about this app is its GPS tracking capabilities for all of you who love jogging and cycling. Save and upload your workout data to MapMyFitness where you can view your route workout data. The other features include entering all workout details, including duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation, calories burned, and route traveled on an interactive map.
3) Time Management – Asana
Asana is quickly making project management completely manageable. This app helps you reduce internal email, delegate tasks and check the status of your projects from one simple central dashboard.
4) Accountability Management – Producteev
A very important part of project or business management is accountability. Once a task is delegated on Producteev to a team member they are held accountable by the platform. It is free, with a paid version that integrates with Outlook.
5) Enjoy Life More – Gratitude Journal
This app helps you appreciate live more by asking you to record it. Everyday it will prompt you to enter in 5 things that you are grateful for. Focusing on the good things that happen everyday helps you to cherish all of the little moments that make life great.
6) Stop Procrastinating – Rescuetime
We have all been there; it is a busy day with a full inbox to get through. But something beeps, dings or blings and our attention goes elsewhere and before we know it, the day is over.
