Meet Our Executive Leadership Team
DAVID BOWER
As a young boy, David dreamed of becoming a professional musician. One day while playing his MIDI keyboard, he became distracted with programming it. This changed his life forever.
David’s professional career started in corporate advisory before it took him to the world of IT. He worked as a recruiter for the IT industry, where the candidates said “How do you know so much? You know more than me! You should be doing this!” David took their advice and started Neo Technologies in 1996.
Over his 20 plus years in IT, David is an MCSE + Internet Engineer, along with multiple vendor accreditations, an Associate Diploma in Business Programming and MSIC Department of Defence security clearance from the Australian Government. David has also won several awards including the Lord Mayor’s Commendation for Business. All of these awards and accreditations are a testament to his tenacity to achieve his goals. Be that as a speaker, a business owner and even on occasion still dreaming of being in a band!
JULIE DUNMORE
As a pragmatic, tenacious, highly accountable senior leader, Julie brings over 20 years’ experience in the Telecommunications and ICT Industry to her role at Neo Technologies. As the Director of Service Delivery and Customer Relations, she uses her extensive knowledge and skills to support clients through complex business problems. Julie has managed projects nationally and internationally with focuses in the Strategic, Enterprise, Government and Mid-Market customer sectors. Her experience has taught her with the right amount of innovative thinking anything is possible.
Julie is more than customer-centred, she is people-centric. She undertakes every project to not only to achieve the outcomes, but to empower and transform people along the way. In each role, she focuses on achieving optimal results by keeping the customer at the heart of all she does.
Julie attended Swinburne University and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management with a specialisation in Strategic Leadership. In business and life, Julie enjoys moving quickly, without forgetting to pause along the way to enjoy the journey.
